Booking & Cancellation Policy

All tours need to be paid for in full prior to commencement.
50% of the tour price needs to be paid for confirmation.
Full payment must be received at least 45 days prior to commencement of the tour.
Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Here's the chart for cancellations:

For any booking cancelled after confirmation at any time upto
60 days prior - you lose 10% of the tour price
50 days prior - 20%
40 days prior - 30%
30 days prior - 50%
20 days prior - 60%
10 days prior - 80%
Less than 10 days - no refund
